It works like magic

It started working for me in 10min no cravings no hunger I took 2 pills on an empty stomach and had to force myself to eat dinner and I could only eat a small portion of tuna fish I wasnt hungry even to morning where I was able to bv just eat fruits start off with 2 a day then gradually work your way up to 4 a day I promised you will not be hungry it WORKS LIKE MAGIC

Not hungry and it really works!

I've tried many different products only for them not to work! I can tell you only one day in, that this stuff works on suppressing appetite. My biggest problem with other pills is that it didn't help with suppressing appetite and I would give up after a week. I KNOW I won't be giving up this time as I'm not always hungry in fact I'm eating so much less, and feel full after only a few bites. Can we say wonderful? A big plus happened tonight I'm a type 2 diabetic and my blood sugars were running in the range of 170-195 after meals....tonight it was 111!!!!!!! That is enough for me to continue!

Ok even based on the reviews I was skeptical and boy am I happy to be wrong. This stuff is the best, and works great if you take it right before a meal. I don’t eat breakfast so I take one right before lunch and dinner and it has almost completely cut my snacking and I used to snack all day long. No side effects and I’m the Queen of getting side effects so it’s wonderful not to have any. I’ve only been taking this for a week and I see a significant difference!

Good stuff

I started a low fat , low carb , no sugar eating plan. I take 2 if these each morning with lemon water. After the first 5 days or so on any weight loss plan you start to have less cravings but I will say that my appetite has really lowered! 12 pounds gone in first 3 weeks . I feel this product may have helped me jump start my plan. No jitters, no side affects either as I am sensitive to weight loss products . May be money well spent
